woke up at 11am

waste my time, slowly shower 

went comcentre to get my iphone problem solved.

went to my usual facial treatment

please let me have my nicey nice face back soon!

its a kind of torture yet bobian have to go.

migraine whole day

was a torture too!

then it was dinner.

considering with wendy jiejie if we should go movie watching

but cancelled too.

late night grocery shopping at shop and save.

yeah

we spent like 70bucks

buying veggies and such!

23.2.2011 - trying to stay positive!

which means there is no more monday blues!

im trying to stay positive in everything i do.

a new resolution for myself in this 2011.

so i rewarded myself with a $9 calculator.

i should have bought this like, long ago. andand

i don't recommend popular brand calculator!

 ever since the chinese staff returned from china.
my box of spare food ration had increase!

out of the above only the maggi mee and the prickled lettuce is purchased by me!

hidden below the items are things like milo, cereal, my chewy gums and blah!
and i conclude that this are the amount of ♥ give to me by my staff!

these isnt everything!

i still have nghuahua's chocs on my table and some sweets!

oh god.

how to diet like that?

nicey lunch will give me motivation!

 yup. we went for a japanese lunch this afternoon.

cost me $10.40
too expensive for a lunch

and i cannot have it every day.

however, i think we can do it once in a while 

to boost motivation.

21.2.2011 - surprise! surprise!

 while working hard at work,

but the first piece came by from Grace, Mr Small,

which i hung it in office.

to think that nura brought the almost entire kampung

19.2.2011 - weekends smell nicey nice!

these are the recent additions to my wallet.

i had used one of the naraya that i purchased in thailand as a wallet.

no zip or any thing.

and people from my life are giving me things to hope that i have a better life this year.

not that i'm suffering from a bad life lah..

this is due to the fact that it is the bunny year

and it is my year.

thus, it is either the bunnies have very good luck or a very bad one

ITEM 1: AN OLD COIN

while aunt was packing that day.

preparing the room for the new maid.

we found these coins.

and i know that these coins are good to ward off evils.

thus, had placed this in my wallet to ward off EVILS

apparently, this is a REAL OLD COIN

and is passed down from our forefathers.

ITEM 2: BUNNY ANGPAO

daddy had make me bring an ang pao with me in my wallet.

no reason given.

but he mentioned that it must be a bunny angbao.

and must put monies inside.

and the monies ain't from him. sadded.

he even give me spare empty bunnies angpao incase this one turn into salted veggie.

ITEM 3: RED STRING

this item is from Xue Mei,
who nearly insisted that i wear it on my hand until Chinese New Year next year.
but
i'm not those kind of person that will wear a red string around lah huh.
but XUE MEI, THANK YOU!
For remembering me during the trip
i really appreciate it.

the story of the red string..
it is also due to the bunny year (which is my year)
the chinese in china, they will wear either a red string around their hands or neck  or
to wear red undergarments till next Chinese New Year
for local context, we go bai tai sui.

to ward off bad luck and such.

imagine that u wear 365 days of red bras and undies.
dot dot dot.

thus, instead of wearing it on my hand,
i have it attached to the coin. :)
i think it should work the same way lah.

this is from the Meiji Shrine in Japan

this omamori have a few different kind
depending on what u want it for like safety or what.

i think carine is trying to sell me off.
