9.12.2010 - 8:30pm

reaches home after a hard day of work.
as usual having my dinner in the living room
as usual granny walks to uncle's room and check and closes the window.
5minutes later.
"ah yoke ah! huiying ah!"

my heart dropped.
granny screamed that 1 liner, that caught both gugu and i in shocked

rushes into the room.
and first thing i saw
was a mattress toppled on granny.
on top of her.

next, i smell blood stain.

quickly we remove the mattress and tried helping her up.

her injuries we saw was:
a cut on her face and her right leg was like,
twisted outwards.

she wasnt able to stand up on her own.
gugu and i wasnt able to help her up as well.

i called daddy.
who was luckily nearby.
i was trembling while talking to him on the phone.

dad managed to carried her to a chair and tried asking her to move her leg.
but she cant.

so i suggested that to call the ambulance.

at the same time.
her right hand begin to swell.

at that point in time.
my heart was damn weak.

ambulance come and i went along with the ambulance
while dad fetches gugu there.

reaches A&E of CGH.
waited and waited.

i finally saw her at close to 11pm

right wrist fractured
right leg fractured
(i saw the xray, and i define it as broken, as the tight bone is in V shaped)

10.12.2010

camped at the hospital the whole day
trying to catch hold of the doctors

her right hand is swollen
her right leg is swollen.

you cant see the wrinkles on her injured hand and leg
is that bad.
:(

and
she is brave.
she did not scream at all.
which
breaks my heart so much.

Doctor suggested to op on the leg instead of the hand
and have to make tons of arrangement of check up

all this check had taken up the rest of the days till date.

she was shifted from 1 ward to the other.
changing of bed and such.

no complaint from her.

**fast forward**

20.12.2010
doctor say the surgery will be on Friday aka xmas eve
and scope on thurs (aka today lar)

who knows!

21.12.2010
they call gugu at 2pm
saying that there is slot for her to operate.

LIKE SO SUDDENLY LO!

er xin lor.

we plan to let her have tang yuan today
before her operation

thinking that
scope+operation = 2 days no food.

got suddenly got space de.
wah lau.

she was pushed to the operating theatre at about 245pm
(granny's hospital neighbour told us)

and we only see her at 7pm.

change ward AGAIN.
high dependency ward.

she is sober
*thank god*

and haven feel the pain.
blood pressure isnt stable.


on top of this.
i have to say
granny is damn brave.

no screaming. no complaining. and only take painkiller.
