[ First Saturday OFF ]

today is my first saturday off after 2months.

wasted the rest day again.

i gotten wake up to go cgh for physiotherapy.

reason my ankle hurts = my flated foot.
in order to recover = train my balance.

think most of u know i cannot squat cause i will fall backwards.
therefore i hated when i travel to msia with jac.
cos their toilets is squat de.

physiotherapist recommend me to stand on 1 leg everyday for 30times to see if condition improves.

its a DIFFICULT task for me as i can barely stand 15 secs on 1 leg
